I opened my desk drawer and seen a flyer that I had received from Chi Alpha at a school event earlier in the year. I called the phone # that was on it, spoke to Chris (our awesome and fearless leader...lol) and just asked if I could come to service that night. That flyer was a lifeline that God used to save me! Thank you Chi Alpha NSU for caring enough to witness to me, and everyone involved in this amazing campus ministry. I am excited about having Christ in my life again and about having some really awesome christian friends!!! And above all.... thank you Jesus!!!!!"

"I have been part of Chi Alpha since the Fall of 2008 immediately following the Hurricane when I asked for Christ. I was driving home to Houston when I suddenly realized that I deserved to die for the things I had done. As I was driving over 80 mph in my car coming off of drugs and alcohol, I was very close to giving in to the devil's wishes and driving into a ravine to kill myself. As a cried, I knew the words to say and uttered "Christ Save Me" and he delivered me from the situation and after a year I gave it all up to him and I am no longer of this world! Dead to sin, Alive in Christ. Luke 15:24 'For this my son was dead, and is alive again; he was lost, and is found.'"

"I came to college as an unbeliever who was ready to take on campus life by having fun and meeting new people. It was not long before I was approached by a Chi Alpha member who invited me to a bible study where I took a chance and went in order to meet someone new. Well I did eventually meet someone new and person that was Jesus Christ when I went to Fall Breakaway a couple weeks later. That weekend I surrendered my life to God and have not looked back since. The love shown by the members of Chi Alpha inspired my heart to even go to the Fall retreat and from that point on God led me to live a full life under Him."
